Laser Wolf –” Yes Beer No Jerks” is the motto of this super cool craft beer bar in downtown Fort Lauderdale, just a few minutes from downtown near Sunrise Boulevard on the outskirts of Flagler Village. Come and enjoy the cool atmosphere at Laser Wolf. Don’t expect to catch the basketball game here, but you can catch old 80’s / 90’s movies on their flat screen, and you can play a few games of PaperBoy on their Nintendo they have nestled on the end of the bar. They even have an old 90’s style full size arcade shooter game by the door to keep it fresh and cool . Art shows do happen sporadically next door as well.
You can catch their trendy Instagram and Facebook posts daily of their beer lists with humorous back drops such as hulk hogan, mike tyson punch out, duck hunt and other iconic and humorous pictures.
Originally opened by Chris and Jordan Bellus in 2011, they have been serving a superb selection of beers since its opening and have ever since collecting more and more of a following! Furthermore, the who’s who in craft beer business come to Laser Wolf to enjoy a mighty tasty beverage when they are off work . If you get hungry you can normally catch Frankie Dogs serving up some delicious weiners or local yummy food truck called “2 Jive Turkies” on any given day.
You can expect on any given week to drink some delicious one-off beer from local and national brewers alike; like CBS Founders. As a matter of fact, I regularly check their Instagram to see what speciality beers will be in. You can expect to see local breweries like Funkybuddha, Wynwood, Tequesta, JWakefield, DueSouth, Cigar City all the way to California with the Ballastpoint Sculpin IPA, GreenFlash Brewing Cascade Brewing etc. If its good beer, than laser wolf will have it, know it, or get it! – “Yes Beer, No Jerks!”
